... Um... it's Freakazoid dressed up as a ninja. That's about it. XD Just couldn't get that darn ninja-vest to look right so I changed it a bit. Freakazoid mostly has pencils and things in his pockets - the big one has a box of crayons.

Also, his kunai are plastic. No one's foolish enough to give him real knives.

Oh yeah, he's from the Village Hidden in Plain Sight.

I would have figured the Village Hidden In Your Couch or maybe the Village Hidden In The McDonalds Ball Pit, but Plain Sight is just perfect. Betcha his chakra affinity is 'chaos'. He'd probably drive both Gai and Kakashi nuts, too.

I can just see him trying to ninja things.

XD Yes!!! Although, I think Freakazoid and Gai would likely have a liiiitle too much fun. But it wouldn't be as creepy as Gai and Lee having too much fun.
